Hi, I'm Manoj Patel,
I have worked in estate agency since 2004 and I love helping people with their move. Whether it be to buy their dream home or to help investors add to their portfolio. I grew up in East Manchester and then moved to sunny Warrington in the 1996. I have a very large extended family, and enjoy spending time with them at family gatherings, going for boozy meals or just chilling in our local pub.

- My mum says that I am the best estate agent in Warrington

- I love travelling and going on holidays, and now that Covid is over we can restart that again

- I dislike shopping, especially clothes shopping, and absolutely hate traipsing around the Trafford Centre with my wife

- I have level 3 diplomas in Property Sales and Lettings.
